"Adana Kebap" Succulent Lamb and Beef. We always hand mince with Turkish spices and parsley, then mount on a wide skewer and char grill to perfection. Served with Steamed White Rice with Toasted Orzo or Toasted Red Quinoa, Cazbar Signature Salad, cacik and house made bread. If you look closely at the Adana you can see the impressions left as a result of being hand made.
